Foulkeways at Gwynedd resident was recently interviewed for a New York Times article, “Is it a Good Thing When the Neighbors Are all Older?” 

A November 25, 2023 NY Times article examined why some seniors prefer age-restricted communities, while others want intergenerational living. It concluded there is little research to show which option is healthier.
