Thank you to those who gave their lives and service to our country.
On this Memorial Day, may we remember the sacrifices that have been made for this country.
Did you know that the poppy flower is a symbol of Memorial Day? A single red poppy is worn on clothing to remember those who gave their lives for their country. The symbolism has evolved to include all veterans living and deceased. Poppies have become a symbol of a loss of life, recovery, and new life to support veterans who survived the war, but live with injuries from a war long after it has ended.
