Chris Clayton Showcases Oil Paintings in December
Christine Drake Donahower (aka Chris Clayton)
Foulkeways resident Chris Clayton, better known in the art world as Christine Drake Donahower, showcases her beautiful oil paintings this month in our Community Center. A graduate of Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, Chris has found much joy and satisfaction with art–a passion she pursued later in life.
Chris began her career later in life after graduating from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in 1997. Her preference is to work in oils on wood panels in plein air. Escaping into the local landscape exploring and searching for “beauty” among the ordinary is her inspiration.
