International Music Day is celebrated on October 1st every year. The day is devoted utilize music to unite communities and cultures. Celebrate the day with music!
Foulkeways embraces musical appreciation throughout the year. Participatory arts programs positively affect mental health, physical health, and social functioning regardless of ability. Foulkeways Music & Memory® program, founded in 2008, helps Residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia by creating personalized playlists as a therapeutic mechanism to improve mood, awareness, and quality of life for people with memory loss.
